Chef Brian Bender is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, 1994, and a veteran of kitchens including The Ritz Carlton, Crabtree's Kittle House, The Whitby Castle in Rye, New York, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City among other fine restaurants and catering facilities.
